🤝 1. Purpose & Principles
Wikinp Media is a collaborative space where Nepali creators, journalists, and citizens share verified visuals under open licenses. Our community thrives on respect, authenticity, and transparency. These guidelines ensure that every member contributes responsibly.
👥 2. Respectful Participation
- Communicate with kindness and avoid personal attacks or harassment.
- Do not upload, comment, or share content that promotes hate speech or discrimination.
- Maintain civil discourse in discussions, especially during content disputes.
- All members must respect diverse identities, languages, and viewpoints.
🧩 3. Upload Ethics & Authenticity
- Upload only authentic, original, or properly licensed visuals.
- AI-generated or synthetic images must include clear disclosure in the description.
- Metadata (author, license, source URL) must be filled accurately in all uploads.
- Do not falsify authorship or misrepresent third-party media as your own.
Violations result in removal of files and suspension of contributor privileges.
🧾 4. Moderation Process
Our moderators ensure compliance through transparent, public logs. Every removal or warning action appears under Transparency Reports.
- Stage 1: Metadata validation (automated)
- Stage 2: Human moderation review
- Stage 3: Community appeal or correction opportunity
🔐 5. Verified Contributor IDs (VCX-ID)
Contributors with a VCX-ID badge have verified identities under the Wikinp Verification Framework. Verified contributors enjoy publishing privileges and appear in transparency records.
🚨 6. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, report it via: report@wikinp.org or through the moderation panel on the respective file page.
